La Torre Sacyr-Vallehermoso ha conseguido ocupar la totalidad de sus plantas. El 60% del edificio ya estaba ocupado por el Hotel Eurostars Madrid Tower. El resto va a ser ocupado por Price Waterhouse (PwC), gracias al acuerdo alcanzado con Testa, filial de patrimonio inmobiliario del grupo Sacyr-Vallehermoso.
Está previsto que el traslado de las oficinas de PwC a sus nuevas oficinas se realice este verano, entre julio y agosto. Sacyr ha conseguido ocupar al cien por cien su torre. Es la primera que lo consigue, de las cuatro construidas sobre la antigua Ciudad Deportiva del Real Madrid.
It is planned that the relocation of the offices of PwC to their new offices, will occur this summer, between July and August. Sacyr has succeeded in reaching one hundred percent occupancy. It achieves to be the first one to be built, on the former Ciudad Deportiva of Real Madrid.
